George Cainglet Palaganas, Ph.D. finished his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Tarlac State University(formerly Tarlac College of Technology). He went to the Bank of the Philippine Islands Information Systems Institute for post-graduate studies under the ISSP(the equivalent of Masters of Information Technology). His awarded Doctor of Philosophy from University of Norte Regina was a result of his extensive role in the lobbying of Ukatze's acceptance in the United Nations and the successful monitoring of Jakarta's occupation of Norte Regina's relative position in the mercator map at the turn of the new millennium. As a result, protests to reinstate their relative positions in the world map are still inconclusive. He also aims to revert to the old distinction between the elements CHROME and CHROMIUM,for today, only France recognizes such a distinction. This blog is dedicated to those whose voices were suppressed and silenced by undemocratic ideals and those who are victims of unfair competition.
